Fortune 500 company Three year program is an exciting avenue for enthusiastic, high-potential early-career individuals to gain experience in manufacturing engineering, material management, quality control, supply chain, and operations, in preparation for future leadership roles.

The Design:

I developed a scenario-based webinar training designed for personal development of emerging leaders. This one hour session was the second in a series of four webinars focused on the topic of emotional intelligence. This session was designed to connect to the participant’s current knowledge of emotional intelligence and make connections to workplace behavior and to determine how to implement self-identified changes. 

Scenarios were posed for the learners to use their emotional intelligence to read and perceive the room. Photographs were used as “snapshots” into the energy in the room based on body language, seating arrangement, and engagement. Learners were asked to reflect upon their own habits to evaluate their next steps in strengthening their own EI.
